Zoom coming to smart screens from Google, Facebook and Amazon

Zoom video conferencing service today, Wednesday, announced expansion with support for a variety of new devices, later this year.

It is believed that this step is a major expansion of the (Zoom) service, given that smart screens are; With their high-quality directional microphones and built-in touchscreens, they are practically designed to be good video conferencing devices. Note that (Zoom) has recently started expanding with the launch of its own licensed video conferencing devices.

The new Zoom integration is important to Google, Amazon, and Facebook as well, since these three companies have all committed almost exclusively to their internal video chatting solutions, such as (Google Dead) and (Facebook Messenger). Facebook’s Portal will be the first to get the Zoom app in September.

She said Facebook today, Wednesday: It will add the (Zoom) app, along with other apps, such as: BlueJeans, GoToMeeting, and Webex. The applications will rely on Facebook’s “smart camera” technology that automatically keeps the user in the frame, just as they do with Messenger and WhatsApp calls.

In addition, Facebook will make its smart screen (Portal) less dependent on its social network accounts. Instead of requiring a Facebook account or WhatsApp number to log into the device, the company will add an option to use a work-focused Facebook Workplace account in the “coming weeks.”

On the other hand, Google will rely on the power of calendar services and digital assistants, which will be able to automatically pull current (Zoom) meetings directly from users ’calendar and allow them to initiate meetings with voice commands.
