Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra appears on video and promises to surprise everyone and everything

The Xiaomi Mi 11 was unveiled last December in China and made its global debut earlier this week, as we learned about prices for Europe. We expected Xiaomi to present the Mi 11 Lite and the Mi 11 Pro at the event, according to rumors that have been made public, but it has not happened. And while there is still no word from the Chinese manufacturer about the Lite and Pro models, the Mi 11 Ultra appeared on video.

A Filipino YouTuber uploaded the Mi 11 Ultra video to the YouTube Tech Buff PH channel. Although there is an indication that the video is in private, we can still access it below and see all the news that the smartphone has to offer, however it is in the local language (Filipino).

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra reminds us a little of the Poco M3, thanks to the huge protrusion of the camera at the back, with three sensors, one 50 MP, ultrawide 48 MP and a periscope of 48 MP. They are joined by the LED flash and a secondary screen, which should be useful when trying to take selfies with the main camera and the great novelty of this equipment.

We see two models in the video – one in white and one in black. Both have 120X periscope units written on the right side, revealing that the phone will be able to zoom 120X.

However, the white variant has “Ultra Pixel AI Camera” written below 120X, while the black version reads “120X, 12-120mm, 1: 1.95-4.1”. It is not clear why the two units have different texts, but it may be because one or both are prototypes, or we may see some differences between both models, but we will have to wait for official information to be sure.

According to YouTuber, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is built around a 6.81 “WQHD + curved OLED screen at 120 Hz, which is covered by the Gorilla Glass Victus and has a hole in the upper left corner for the front camera of 20MP.

The Mi 11 Ultra is equipped with the Snapdragon 888 SoC and runs MIUI 12.5. The rest of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra specifications revealed by YouTuber include 5G support, IP68 rating, speakers by Harman / Kardon and a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W wired and wireless charging and 10W wireless reverse charging

There is no word from Xiaomi about the Mi 11 Ultra, but now that it has appeared in a practical video, an official announcement shouldn’t be far off.
