Vivo launched today at an event in China (iQOO 5) and (iQOO 5 Pro), with a 120-watt FlashCharge solution and a camera reminiscent of the Vivo X50 Pro +.
Vivo’s (iQOO) sub-brand is gaining steady ground in China and other markets, thanks in large part to some innovative technologies from the parent company.
The devices, such as (iQOO 3), are one of the cheapest Snapdragon 865 phones out there, while the company has also been acquiring a 120W fast charging solution.
The company supplied The new series AMOLED screen measuring 6.56 inches and supports a refresh rate of 120 Hz with an aspect ratio of 20: 9, and supports brightness of 1300 lumens, with a color gamut (P3) by 100 percent, and the feature (+ HDR10).
The screen of the phone (iQOO 5) is flat, while the (5 Pro) features a screen with curved edges, and the company has known these phones with fingerprint readers integrated under the screen with a 16-megapixel front camera.
As for the back, both phones come with a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor from Samsung (ISOCELL GN1), and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view is present in both phones.
The third lens differs, as (iQOO 5) gets a 13-megapixel depth sensor, while (Pro) gets an 8-megapixel (Periscope) sensor that supports 5X optical zoom (OIS) and 60X digital zoom (EIS).
Both phones can record 8K videos, and iQOO 5 supports 20X digital zoom (EIS).
The devices come with a liquid-cooled heat dissipation system, running the Android 10 operating system based on the user interface (iQOO UI 5.0), and they include stereo speakers with an integrated sound chip, and support for high-fidelity sound.
(IQOO 5) contains a 4500 mAh battery supporting 55 watts of fast charging, while (Pro) contains a 4000 mAh battery with 120 watt fast charging (FlashCharge).
The 120W fast charging solution allows the battery to be charged from 0 percent to 50 percent in 5 minutes, while a full charge takes about 15 minutes.
FlashCharge is compatible with up to 65W of USB PD standard and comes with a 1.5m cable, so you can use it to charge laptops as well.
Both phones come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, along with different amounts of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage space.

iQOO 5 Pro:

It is not currently known whether these devices will be available outside of China.
