The upcoming OnePlus phone called OnePlus 9 Pro appears to be making a big leap in the camera field with the emergence of an alleged prototype of the Hasselblad brand.
The company’s devices have suffered from a long-standing problem of poor camera performance, despite the inclusion of first-class sensors.
And grant us Video clip New early close-up look at the prototype of the OnePlus 9 Pro with what appears to be the Hasselblad trademark in the rear camera.
And a partnership in jointly developing the lens is not always a guarantee that the camera will live up to your expectations.
Hasselblad’s rich history as a leader in the production of medium format cameras means this could be a sign of a huge leap in quality for the upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro.
During the short video clip, we look at the quadruple camera setup with round iPhone-style projections attached to the Hasselblad logo and two other lenses.
It is not clear at this point what the setup consists of, but some major upgrades are hoped for compared to the OnePlus 8 Pro that came with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX689 sensor.
Previous rumors have indicated that the OnePlus 9 series will likely come with lenses jointly developed with Leica, but it appears that Hasselblad is being used to raise the quality of the upcoming main camera.
The camera user interface includes a Tilt-Shift mode, which hints at a moving lens to create images without distortion, which is a hallmark of this type of photography.
The previous smartphone company that worked with Hasselblad was Motorola, by adding Hasselblad True Zoom Camera that enhances the capabilities of the camera system.
The collaboration has not proven to be very successful, but users hope this new combination will provide a more similar partnership with Huawei’s with Leica than Motorola’s partnership with Hasselblad.
Other notable features reveal a curved screen, with the bezel-shaped difference being slightly different for the alarm slider and power button.
Some of the strange aspects of the prototype include a section about the phone with 11 GB of RAM, but there is no information on the processor, and this seems to prevent more information leaked.
