A minimalist design to enhance any decor

Huawei MateView Huaweis first standalone monitor

Inspired by the compositions of the famous painter Wassily Kandinsky and the concept of Futurism, Huawei MateView leaves behind the bulky backplates included in many traditional monitors, introducing a new geometric design and an innovative magnetic panel for a minimalist look. On the front, Huawei MateView offers a screen/body ratio of 94%, providing users with a more immersive viewing experience.

Note also that the Huawei MateView is the first monitor ever with an adjustable mount and integrated height. The monitor’s main board is separate from the panel by design, which allows users to adjust the height and tilt to their preference. This “work” of engineering results in a monitor that can perfectly complement any desk.

SmartBar provides a new UI control experience

Unlike traditional displays that come with a non-intuitive on-screen (OSD) settings menu, Huawei MateView introduces a hidden SmartBar and provides an easy-to-use touch-sensitive interface for users to adjust various display settings, such as input source and volume.

Sound system with two speakers and two microphones

Huawei MateView is incorporated with two high-power front speakers, integrated into the stand, providing incredible sound while minimizing any loss in quality. Also integrated into the stand are two microphones that consider noise reduction algorithms and pick up sound from sources that are up to four meters away. With the new Huawei MateView users can make sure they are always heard in whatever their scenario.

The release date of MateView is scheduled for the month of August, in Portugal, and the price is not yet known. In Germany, prices start at €549, so you can get an idea of what the price will be for our country.
