After many leaks, Announced Samsung announced its latest Galaxy F62 phone in India, representing the latest member to join the Galaxy F group after the Galaxy F41 released last year.
The device is looking to challenge the rulers in the current category, Xiaomi and Realme, and the Galaxy F62 includes a huge 7000 mAh battery, making it the second device in the Samsung lineup to have a battery of this size after the Galaxy M51.
You also get a 25W charger included in the box with a dual-tone gradient design.
The Galaxy F62 comes with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and it is covered with Gorilla Glass 3.
And there is a 32-megapixel front camera built into the hole punch. On the back, we have a quad-camera with a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 123-degree field of view, a 5-megapixel macro lens, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
The phone works with the 7-nanometer Samsung Exynos 9825 processor, which first appeared with the Galaxy Note10, in conjunction with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage capacity up to 1 TB.
The huge 7000 mAh battery should provide long operating times, the phone is 9.5 mm thick, runs Android 11 with the One UI 3.1 user interface, and has a fingerprint scanner on the side.
There is support for NFC Samsung Pay, in addition to the Single Take mode that Samsung introduced with the Galaxy S20 series, which Samsung says: It can take up to 10 photos and 4 videos. It automatically collects a series of photos and videos simultaneously for you to choose from next.
The Galaxy F61 is available in Laser Green, Laser Blue and Laser Gray and is scheduled to go on sale in India at February 22nd.
