Former U.S. President Donald Trump launched a communication platform on Tuesday, which will serve as “a place to speak freely and confidently” and will eventually give him the ability to communicate directly with his followers, after months of being banned from sites like Twitter and Facebook.

The space allows Trump to post comments, images and videos. “In a moment of silence and lies,” says a video that Trump posted on the platform on Tuesday night. The video shows reports describing his suspension from Twitter.

“A beacon of freedom appears. A place to speak with freedom and security ”, continues the video, showing the new platform. “Straight from Donald J. Trump’s desk.” The technology appears to be powered by Campaign Nucleus – the “digital ecosystem designed to manage campaigns and political organizations efficiently,” created by former campaign manager, Brad Parscale.

The new platform is integrated into the official website of the Former President of the USA, www.DonaldJTrump.com/desk.

The space allows Trump to publish and allows his followers to share his posts on Twitter and Facebook, however, the new platform does not allow users to “comment or engage with publications.
