AOC announces new AGON PRO monitors for esports, with HDR, HDMI 2.1 and 1 ms GtG

AGON by AOC has recently launched a new product category for the most demanding and competitive gamers and sports professionals: a AGON PRO. Now the range is expanded with two new models, which include exceptional specs: o AG324UX 80 cm / 31.5” (4K at 144 Hz), with HDR400, and the AG274FZ 68.6 cm / 27” (FHD at 260 Hz). Both models come with an IPS panel for vivid, vibrant colors and offer 1ms GtG response time for extra-smooth graphics without ghosting.

With the new AGON PRO models from AGON by AOC, esports and streaming professionals, or even hard-core gamers, will find that these monitors hardly leave anything to be desired.

O AG324UX 31.5” offers an award-winning design (reddot design award) without a frame on 3 sides. Your high-performance IPS panel with 4K native resolution (3840 x 2160) can go to a 144 Hz refresh rate (via DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC). Thanks to the inclusion of HDMI 2.1, the monitor is fully compatible with new generation consoles, which support 4K at 120 Hz.


Like 1 ms GtG and MPRT response time of the AG324UX, gamers will have a fast gameplay experience without ghosting and without problems like tearing and stuttering, thanks to compatibility with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync. The AG324UX also offers an impressive color palette, with 1.07 billion colors, and supports an area of ​​99.8% of the DCI-P3 gamut as well as DisplayHDR 400 for realistic images. To complete the audiovisual experience, the monitor includes 8W stereo speakers with DTS enhancement.

Perfectly suited for the streaming community, this 31.5″ display includes a connector USB-C with 90W power supply, suitable for mobile devices, and the Picture-by-Picture mode allows the user to make the most of the large screen dimensions. With peripherals connected to the monitor’s 4-input USB 3.2 hub, and thanks to the KVM switch integrated, players can use a keyboard and mouse to control two PCs (such as a desktop/laptop or a streaming PC).

For users to show off their unique style, the monitor features RGB lighting at the front and back, as well as an AGON logo projector. The monitor’s robust stand offers a wide range of height, swivel, and tilt adjustments for optimal ergonomic position. To adjust real-time monitor settings for different genres, players can use the included QuickSwitch wired remote control or G-Menu software, while the OSD offers game-specific features such as Game Color (saturation), Shadow Control, Frame Couter and Dial Point (crosshairs).

O AG274FZ 27” offers incredible specs for FPS game fans. This quick IPS panel with its FHD resolution native (1920 x 1080) provides a 240 Hz refresh rate (via DP 1.4), which can reach up to 260 Hz, and 1 ms GtG response times. The AG274FZ enjoys the same award-winning design, comes with a shadow shield and has the same sturdy stand with adjustable height.


User-customizable RGB lighting, QuickSwitch for easy OSD adjustments, two 5W speakers with DTS sound and a 4-input USB hub further enhance the usability and versatility of this model. To eliminate the stuttering it’s the tearing, the monitor includes Adaptive-Sync. For vibrant, natural colors, it supports 110.5% sRGB area, and DisplayHDR 400 for high dynamic range.
