Revealed Amazon unveiled a little kiosk to help stress out overworked employees called the ZenBooth, which is a tiny room the size of a phone booth.

Warehouse employees who are overworked can temporarily escape a stressful job through these kiosks.

“The AmaZen program guides workers through meditation practices on individual interactive kiosks in the buildings,” the company said.

The kiosks are part of the program WorkingWell Amazon affiliate, which was announced earlier this month.

WorkingWell represents a combination of physical and mental activities, meditation and healthy eating exercises designed to aid revitalization.

In practical terms, employees sit in a small stall equipped with plants, brochures, a fan and a computer to play employee-selected videos.

And this booth was the invention of an employee named Lily Brown, who said: With AmaZen, I wanted to create a quiet space, So that people can go out and focus on mental and emotional health.

She added: The ZenBooth is an interactive kiosk where you can navigate through a library of mental health and mental practices to recharge energy.

Amazon problems:

The kiosks are arriving at a time when Amazon is in trouble over its handling of employees and workplace injuries.

She has also been criticized for issues, such as grueling 10-hour work shifts and anti-union intimidation.

And it seems that the idea of providing a stall rather than dealing with basic worker rights has not received a good echo.

The company was subjected to harsh ridicule by many users of the Twitter platform about the booth, and demanded that it deal with a problem Live-friendly wages and better working conditions instead.

It is not clear when Amazon workers will be able to use the stalls.

The workers recently filed a lawsuit against the company for failing to schedule a legally required 30-minute break.

In addition, the company forces employees to monitor wireless communication devices in case any problems arise during the break period.

Employees also complained about shifts that are chronically understaffed. So they are Unable to take breaks of 10 minutes.
