Series did not appear Phones iPhone 12 at Apple’s event that was held yesterday, and this is what we expected, but although some were holding their breath for the sudden detection of the iPhone 12 series, the situation now indicates that we will see the upcoming series of phones from Apple in October.
Four major devices were launched at Apple’s event: the new iPad, (iPad Air 4), (Apple Watch 6), and (Apple Watch SE) along with (Apple One), Which is a new subscription package for Apple apps.
But can new products revealed yesterday tell us something about the upcoming iPhone 12? There are a lot of new features and some interesting hardware changes that can give us some indication, as we have come up with a list of 6 predictions about iPhone 12 based on what we learned about the new iPads, Apple Watch, and the new subscription services.
Side fingerprint sensor:
The new iPad Air 4 is the first Apple product to have Touch ID built into a button installed on the side instead of having a button in the front as is the case on old iPhones and tablets, or (Face ID) like the new iPhones and ( iPad Pro).
This change is logical, as everyone wears a face mask or the so-called muzzle nowadays, and the (Face ID) feature does not work when some facial features are hidden, and Apple needs to switch to physical fingerprint sensors for its new technology.
Could the iPhone 12 have a side fingerprint sensor? It is possible that this happens, as the phone will have buttons on the side – so it will not represent a major change in the design – and switching from (Face ID) to (Touch ID) could enable Apple to drop the large notch.
Screen refresh rate:
It was rumored that the iPhone 12 had a screen refresh rate of 120 Hz, which is a big step compared to previous iPhones that have stuck with the refresh rate of 60 Hz which has been the standard refresh rate for phones for years.
Apple has also used high refresh rates only on the iPad Pro models, which use variable refresh rates while changing the rate automatically depending on what you do.
There were also rumors indicating that Apple was not able to get 120Hz refresh rates in time, so perhaps the upcoming iPhones will come with 60Hz.
Some rumors indicated that the iPhone 12 will come with a standard (USB-C) port instead of Apple’s (Lightning) port, and this should allow the phone to offer faster charging and data transfer than previous iPhones.
No charger inside the box:
One of the most controversial points discussed in leaks and rumors of the iPhone 12 is whether or not it will come with a charger inside the box, as abandoning that will force users to buy their own charger, but it will reduce e-waste, which will be beneficial to the environment.
It has been confirmed that the (Apple Watch 6) will not come with a charging pad as you will have to purchase a new pad or use an old pad to charge your smartwatch.
The iPhone 11 has a chipset (A13 Bionic), and it is possible that the iPhone 12 will have a chip (A14 Bionic). The new iPad Air 4 also has this chipset, so it is assumed that the upcoming iPhones will come with the A14 Bionic.
More apps installed on the phone:
Apple smartphones and tablets come with a lot of apps installed on them, such as (Apple TV) and (Apple Podcasts) on your device whether you like it or not – and this situation may get worse with the launch of (Apple One).
(Apple One) combines (Apple News), (Apple Fitness) and more in one big subscription package, and as is the case with some other applications of the brand, you can be sure that they will enter Apple devices to encourage you to try and buy them.
